7 Headstands of Ashtanga
Explore the ways to practice and assist a safe headstand as well as the multiples headstand variations in the Ashtanga System and the importance of lossening the rigid upper thoracic spine. All levels are welcome. Participants can get 2 CE's from Yoga Alliance

Anatomy of the JointsJoin us in our Anatomy and Physiology workshop where we learn the key joints, ligaments, and tendons that allow the body to bend, reach, and move around. Specific joints we will learn about include the shoulder, knee, and hip joints.
